1. 📨 Step One: Enquiry & Discovery

Everything starts with your first message.

  • You reach out via our website, email, Instagram, or WhatsApp.

  • We respond within 24 hours (on business days) to acknowledge your request.

  • We’ll ask for a quick overview of your needs: What service are you looking for? What’s your brand or business about? Any deadlines?

  • You’ll be invited to fill out a project briefing form or answer questions directly in chat/email.

🎯 This step helps us understand your goals, brand personality, and expectations — so we can recommend the right service and quote with clarity.

2. 💬 Step Two: Quotation & Proposal

Based on your briefing:

  • You’ll receive a custom quote, timeline, and service breakdown via email or message.

  • If needed, we’ll jump on a quick call (or voice note/chat) to clarify any specific requirements.

  • Once you're happy, we’ll send an official invoice and a basic service agreement.

💳 Payment is required upfront to secure your slot in our schedule. Some larger projects may qualify for milestone payments.

3. 🧠 Step Three: Research & Creative Direction

Once payment is received:

  • We begin with in-depth research: your competitors, audience, market trends, and relevant inspiration.

  • We create a creative direction plan — outlining tone, colour, layout ideas, brand voice, and design flow.

  • You’ll get a moodboard, wireframe, or design direction (depending on your service) for initial feedback.

📌 You’ll never be left in the dark — we share updates and creative previews before we fully dive in.

4. ✍️ Step Four: Design & Development Begins

Here’s where the magic happens.

Depending on your project type:

  • For design work (logos, flyers, packaging, etc.): We craft 1–3 unique initial concepts based on your brief.

  • For branding kits: We develop your full identity system with logo variations, colour palettes, fonts, icons, and usage examples.

  • For web development: We build on platforms like Shopify or WordPress, using custom-coded or premium theme frameworks based on your needs.

  • For 3D renders: We model, texture, light, and render your product in stunning, photo-realistic visuals.

You’ll be shown drafts for feedback before any finalisation.

🔄 Unlimited revisions within scope ensure you’re happy at every stage. Revisions typically take 24–72 hours depending on complexity.

5. ✅ Step Five: Final Approval & Delivery

Once you approve the final version:

  • We prepare all final assets in high-resolution and web-optimised formats.

  • You’ll receive all files neatly organised and delivered via secure link (Google Drive, Dropbox, or WeTransfer).

  • We’ll walk you through any important instructions — how to use your files, launch your site, or prep assets for print.

💾 You’re encouraged to download and back up all files immediately. Free re-delivery is available for 30 days.

6. 🛠 Step Six: Support & Aftercare

Our work doesn’t end at delivery.

  • For web projects, we offer 14 days of post-launch support for bug fixes and minor adjustments.

  • For design clients, we’re happy to advise on usage, formatting, or future updates.

  • Need help months later? Our clients get priority service and discounted rates on future bookings.

🧩 We also offer retainer packages and add-on services if you’d like to keep working with us long-term.

🤝 Your Role in the Process

To keep things running smoothly, we ask you to:

  • Respond to emails or revision requests within 2–3 days.

  • Provide accurate content, inspiration, or brand material as early as possible.

  • Be honest and clear in your feedback — we love collaboration and clarity.

  • Respect project timelines — if you're delayed, we may need to reschedule your slot.
